We recommend flipping the mattress to the slightly softer toddler side when your child transitions from a crib to a toddler bed, typically between 15 months and 3 years old. Important indicators for flipping include:
- Your child has reached the manufacturer's height/weight limit for the crib (usually 35 inches tall or able to climb out)
- You've converted the crib to a toddler bed by removing the front rail
- Your pediatrician confirms your toddler no longer needs the ultra-firm infant surface for safety

All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
All orders are subject to stock availability. Should an item be sold out, we will contact you via phone or email and refund the money paid for the item to the original method of payment.
Our collections are produced with limited stock and can sell out quickly. Once they have sold out, they are unlikely to be back in stock again.

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. Please check your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact the customer support via the website.
Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 60 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.
If you are missing part of your order, please check:
Your dispatch email, if your order is going to be sent in multiple parts then your dispatch email will only include some of the items you ordered, you will then get another dispatch email. You will also receive multiple tracking numbers.
